Default Need advice for a No Start!

I've a 2001 Neon 4cyl SOHC.
I began work on it after it died along the road.
It blew the upper radiator hose and blew the head gasket shortly afterwards.
After it cooled, I made sure the timing belt was ok.
It would crank but wouldn't hit a lick.

Got it back to the shop.
Fuel pressure was within specs.
Spark at plugs is quite good.
Injectors were proven via noid light.
Pressure within the cylinders was very low....averaged around 55psi across all four.
Removed the head
Replaced head gasket (it was blown) and other gaskets as well.
Cylinder pressure is still around 55 psi for all cylinders.
I've replaced cam/crank sensors
Replace water pump and timing belt
timing is spot-on.
Engine cranks but will not start/run
It ran great prior to overheating...
Any ideas on whats going on with this little engine?

Looks like the only thing left is bent valves. Just don't know how that could happen since you said the timing belt was ok.
