Having some cold start issue on an '03 SXT. Here is a list of recent maintenance completed, vehicle ran 100% following repairs; timing belt, water pump, head gasket (no failure found), fuel pressure regulator, plugs, wires, MAP sensor (had code P0108). Vehicle has driven 1500 miles since repairs without concern, no failures leading up to repairs, just maintenance.

As the weather has turned colder, having issue with cold start. No CEL, have 60psi fuel pressure, checked each plug wire for spark (strong spark), clean throttle body. So I have air, fuel, and a good spark.

Vehicle will crank anywhere from 5-15 seconds, and then eventually fire. Acts as if it is getting flooded, then fires...clears, and then runs and starts 100% for the remainder of the day.

My gut is thinking an ECT, but again, no CEL.

Any other ideas out there?
