Default Auto to manual swap

Hello everyone.. I'm looking at my 03 sxt and thinking I want to swap it to manual transmission.. What I'm wondering is, can I use the same transaxles from the auto in the manual? Or would I have to completely change everything including the hub assemblies? If I decide to make the swap I need an entire list of parts I need to do so.. Can anyone help please?

You will need the donor ECM. As far as I know the only things that matter are cylinder count, manual or auto, CA or federal emission type and/or fuel delivery (carb, TBI, or MPI). Regardless of what anyone says, there is no "tuning" that can be done on the mid 90's ECMs. They are not reprogrammable, they store all the data in a old school EPROM that can only be erased by peeling the sticker off the chip (hard to do when it's embedded in potting compound) then inserting the chip in an EPROM programmer (hard to do when it is soldered to the board rather in a socket).
