Problem with 1998 dodge neon sport

When I stop at a stop sign it wants to die out and also I put a code reader in and it says it’s misfiring also says the fuel is rich what could that be?

Suspect O2 sensor, spark plug wires, motor mount, coil pack, or spark plugs? This is just blind guessing. Is the misfire indicated for a particular cylinder or random?
