03 neon sxt rough idea and dies when put in gear
i just bought this car and it didn't make it home. drove it around town under 30mph for about an hr and put 4 gal of higher than 87 octane and 1/4 can of seafoam.. started on the 45min drive home and made it 25min and shut down at a stop sign and made it to a auto zone and replaced the coil pack & pcv
here is what is happening
miles 147k
1.rough idle
2.dies once in drive
3.pcv breather on the passenger side of the valve cover pukes out oil
tomorrow I'm replacing the valve cover gaskets and plug tube gaskets because in there oil in the spark plug tubes
no check engine lights and the car sat 7 months before i bought it
I'm just hoping its not the rings lol don't feel like doing a rebuild rn haha
