Default No Start Bad Cam Sensor?

2003 Neon SXT 2.0L Could a new cam sensor have gone bad?

Done all kinds of testing today had the wires off the cam and crank sensors from computer both read 5v reference so sensors are getting voltage checked ground on the ground wire for harness both cam crank showed 12v too. After cleaning up the plugs for sensor and checking wires too had them apart reseated them on the sensor. Made some progress the engine acted like it wanted to catch. A spark plug from previous replacement felt like the threads were stripping in the head that time on one of them but actually twisted off the base somehow it popped up so ignited fuel in cylinder, lucky a screw extractor got the base out of the head without removing head, put a new plug in. After being towed home because vehicle just died the other night checked fuel pressure next morning was getting 55psi so the pump is working. Being the plug ignited fuel and wants to catch obvious Crank sensor is working even hooking up a scanner showed RPM speed while cranking. Narrowing down stuff. Did some reading Crank Sensor works activate the ASD relay that starts the ignition stuff and injectors to spray. Wondering chances are the new cam sensor went bad somehow? Timing belt looking through the hole in timing cover is still there and not broke and tight on cam sprocket replaced belt 3 years ago so pretty new belt still, not original. Could a new O2 sensor keep the car from starting also if shorted somehow? Narrowing down to Cam or O2 sensor being scanner is showing RPM from crank sensor. Crank sensor is new also. Using Torque APP as scanner. Hasn't set any codes either while cranking. At least got injectors firing fuel and ignition just a tad here and there like wants to catch and fire up but doesn't. With Torque APP also new temp sensor was reading same temp as outside temperature was like 35F here and it was showing same temp on the APP. Had another coil pack know is good same response as the one removed doesn't seem issue there. Could it be new cam sensor went bad or new O2 sensor?
