Default Runs great with out vacuum

Anyone have any insight on why for some reason my 04 R/T has to have a vacuum leak to run correctly? I can plug up the line after it cranks and it'll run but if I plug it up and try tocrank it, nothing just dies. Unplug the PCV valve and runs beautiful just idles high at around 2k.

Has anyone had this issue and how can I fix it so that my car doesn't wake the dead from start up.

Sometimes MAP sensor goes? Have a OBD scanner that shows real time info like Vacuum? Like TORQUE App and a OBDLINK bluetooth or wifi scanner? MAP sensor gets hung up goes bad can feed wrong info. I had a Escort years ago brand new drove it a few hours car acted like had bad gas when to stop and gas station get dry gas and the car wouldn't start. After testing and unplugging it the CFI Injector started spraying gas exchanged for another new one and fixed the issue. Today new autoparts seem to be suffering quality issues. Recently had my first Champion Spark Plug twist off at base somehow never had a plug twist off and wasn't wrenching down on it either lucky a screw extractor got the threaded base out of head with the tip part still attached didn't have to remove the head luckily used an socket extension on the screw extractor upside down and put a 10mm socket wrench on other end and it came out. Lucky could flip a socket extension over to get it out with the tubes plugs go down into. Using a magnet wand pulled it back up out threaded base still attached to screw extractor. But anyways check out your MAP sensor see what its doing? Maybe IAC Idle Air Control motor?
