I'm new to neons and we are building a circle track car for my daughter, problem is I cant get it to start after I completely gutted it. I no longer have the immobilzer or harnesses, i do have the pcm and key still. is there a way to program the pcm to not need a key?? do i buy a pcm, key, immobilizer and harness from another car?? its a 2003 neon sxt 2.0 5spd manual. thanks in advance.

 

Keep me posted as well. also building a dirt car from an 00' LX. Mine however still has all harnesses intact, just the immobilizer, Multifunction switch and column components were damaged. same issue however, no crank no start. Let me know what the solution is, we're hoping to get it to start and run via toggle switches.
