What have I missed. Replaced ign switch and actuator pin on an 05 neon for a friend. No apparent problems or difficulties’during process. Fully charged 13.4 volt battery, key on fuel pump primes, no start. Intermittently acts like it will fire but immediately reverts to only crank over. Seems to be transponder related and I was working in that area. Any suggestions. I must have missed something
