pulling oxygen sensor
Not dificult at all. There are two however. One somewhere around the top of the engine bay, and the other I belive is down towrds your axel. Not quite shure on that becuase I havent had to work on mine, but I do know for a fact its nothing difficult. Ive had to do it severl times on other cars at work myself because our service people had to dick around. To answer your question yes its very simple.
ya its the one at the top of the engine bay i was told to change because i am getting really really bad gas mileage all of a sudden in the last few weeks.. so i talked to one of my buddies at the local chrysler dealer and he said that a lot of the 1st gen neons come in complaining about gas mileage and all he has to do is change the downflow o2 sensor and it fixes it..
Wow, someone is trying to get their post count up...
O2 sensor wrench, and a bunch of PB Blaster to soak on it for a day or two before trying to get at it. If you're lucky enough to live womewhere where rust isn't an issue, it'll be easier.
Best of luck!
