Tire size
I wouldn't recomend it for a daily driver, it really limits what you can do for tire rotation. 205's on stock wheels or wheels with the stock offset (or bigger) would tend to rub in the back for 1st gens (2nd gens have a little more room), there's an exception or two out there I'm sure...
Running wider tires in front than in back may provide a little more lateral traction up front, depending on the tire(s) used, helping reduce the Neon's natural oversteer a little (very little). But it's certainly not the preferred way to go about that. You'd be better off running the same size tires and just playing with air pressures - much more predictable. even then, you're only going to notice it on an autocross course. If you're pushing your car that hard on the street, you shouldn't be driving...
