I'm soooo happy ... I finally got my speedomoter working, apparently it's a common problem with the neons, the solder that connects the black plugs to the circuit board in the instrument cluster was cracking, I remelted it with a soldering iron and everything works great now ... there was some other guy who had this same problem, so I'm posting this so he knows what to do ...
