Now that I'm home from school for the summer I have some time to fix things that were being neglected. I have noticed a rattling noise coming from the engine bay sometimes while driving my mom's 01 neon. It's one of those motorsport models with the black wheels & low profile tires. The noise seems most prominent under load and at low rpm. It doesn't seem to be affecting performance, but I just want to figure out what it is, if its normal, etc. Thanks in advance.
