Has anyone seen this or know if it works?

hell for that matter all of the dodge/chrysler radios seem the same, is there an in dash sirius unit that will fit my '03 neon?
I have the built in cd changer and would like to keep that working but I also do not want to have to use an FM modulated unit.
any thoughts?
