Why is there a Dodge Neon and a Chrysler Neon? Whats the point of that??? Are they the exact same, are they at all similiar, or do they have differences? Why is there a Neon for both? Which is better?

The U.S. market Neons carry the Dodge name.The Neons sold outside the U.S. of A. carry the Chrysler name. I believe it is the same car except for any changes due to different emissions standards.

Since they were originally badged as both Dodge and Plymouth in the US, it was also not unusual for it to be referred to as the "Chrysler" Neon to cover both marques.
