There's plenty of kits online, just do a search and I'm sure something will pop up. I myself haven't done this...yet...but I had searched for it previously, and it returned results for stage one kits for neons.

Good luck!

Hey, Modern Performance.com is a great place to check out for many neon modifications. They also have turbo kits made by mitsubishi. Hopefully that will help you out a bit...good luck

My input: The neat thing about those kits is that they are designed to work with stock internals (especially Hahn Racecraft's). Sure, it's better if you build for it, and you can certainly build more pressure (and power) if you do. But with an '03 model it's also really cool to just take the kit as is and pretty much blow everything else in your class off the road for a relatively small investment.

Put the kit on. See how you like it. If you just gotta go faster than consider rebuilding. As/if you break things along the way just upgrade. That's pretty much been my plan--if something goes bad spring for a little extra to get the good stuff.

Make sure that you get a complete kit or you'll be tracking down bits and pieces. Chill factory makes a good kit, that's what I'm planning on for my Neon.
