i come from germany and i drive a Neon ´02 AT

my prob: i don´t know what i can do to perform this car?

here in germany don´t find a firm to perform my car (tuning).

but i have to do alone somethings for example : new sportfilter and a little bit modifikation for the intake

Now my question: can somebody help me for transport for a full bodykit and some other parts from USA via UPS or other office to germany?
can help me for tuning (what can i do for more Horsepower and more speed?)
