Doors, Rims and Caps
Hello -
New to this forum but I have a few questions and I am getting conflicting answers. Any help is appreciated...
1. My car was recently "vandalized" My front driver side rim was taken and my covers for my air caps were taken. Can these be replaced? And how? Is it pricey
2. In being vandalized, they must of messed with my passenger side door lock because my key no longer opens it. Other than that its fine. how do I fix that?
3. My passenger side rear door now keep the interior light on. I have tape over the sensor. Can I get a new sensor?
Thanks

You didn't say what make/model/year your car is, but if it's a Neon and more than a few years old, you can get the parts at a junkyard. They may have put something in your key slot on your door lock.....anything from a toothpick to crazy glue will mess it up.
Satine-
You can get the valve stem cover from a junkyard like suggested or take a trip to Pep Boys. Installation is as simple as twisting them on. I would bring the car to a dealer or locksmith to have them diagnose it. Something might have broken off in the lock or something is jammed in there. You may also want the dealer to look at your sensor problem as well. Or keep the tape on it. It's up to you.

Duh its a Plymouth Neon 2000 Salsssssa Red.
Thanks for your help. With the sensor, the only thing I was afriad of was the tape falling off and my battery running out because the light turned on. Maybe Dealer is the best way to go.
