Default turbo instructions?

Hello fellow dodge enthusiast I got a custom built turbo from someone and he gave me these instructions:

Depending on the year of your Neon. You need to remove the Air box from the back or all items between the Valve cover and the firewall to have room to remove the Existing Exhaust Manifold.
>
> Underneath your vehicle you will be able to unbolt the Exhaust Manifold to Exhaust pipe bolts.
>
> Then back up under the hood you need to unbolt the 8 Bolts that secure the Exhaust Manifold to the Head.
>
> Now Remove the Exhaust Manifold buy pulling it out through the space at the top of the motor between the Valve Cover and Firewall.
>
> Before installing the Turbo and Manifold, You need to "Tee" off of your oil sending unit which is located on the back of the engine over on the drivers side close to the Transmission. It will be the only thing sticking out back there.
>
> From this "Tee" you run an oil line from there to the Top of the Turbo.
>
> Also Before installing the Turbo and Manifold, You will need to install a drain Tube Nipple in your Oil Pan either by drilling a hole and threading one in there or Having one welded in place.
>
> Either way it is suggested to remove your oil pan first to insure proper fitting.
>
> The Best location for the Nipple is near the top of the oil pan lip where it attaches to the bottom of the engine.
>
> As long as it I above the oil level you are good.
>
> Now attach a Silicone Hose from the Return tube that attaches from the Bottom of the Turbo and run that down to the New Nipple you have on your oil pan once it has be placed back on the bottom of the Engine.
>
> For the water Cooled Turbos "Tee" off one of the Heater hoses that are right next to the Brake Booster.
>
> Now run a Hose down to either side of the turbo and then back out from the opposite side to go back up to the other Heater hose where you will need to "Tee" in to as well.
>
> It does not matter which side the coolant goes into the Turbo or out of the Turbo.

Now I was wondering if he is missing anything to these instructions or if it is even right. I question it because of this part:

For the water Cooled Turbos "Tee" off one of the Heater hoses that are right next to the Brake Booster.
>
> Now run a Hose down to either side of the turbo and then back out from the opposite side to go back up to the other Heater hose where you will need to "Tee" in to as well.
>
> It does not matter which side the coolant goes into the Turbo or out of the Turbo.

I have been doing some research on custom made turbos and none of them talk about doing anything to heater hoses. Can anyone help me?

Default RE: turbo instructions?

That part is true for water cooled turbos. Most turbos are not water cooled so you would not have to do that step.
