The fuel gauge on my neon is screwd up,it reads half tank when the tank is really full.Is there a way that i can fix it myself or do i have to take it in to a pro,and have them work on it ? Also would it make sence to go and cut my hood to put in a scoop or go and get a new hood with the scoop built into it ? Lastly would anyone blue a bad color to be on a black Neon.This is for graphics,Vinyl,and sutch?
