Difference Between 2002 and 2003 Neon
And...what do you mean it was wrecked?
Like totalled found in a junk yard wrecked or just hit a curb and taken to the junk yard wrecked?
Because when you say I just bought a wrecked Neon and it's missing a TB says to me I shouldn't of bought this thing from the JY without motor mounts, hubs, shocks, a transmission, front left and right fenders and why is the interior of this thing black, crispy to the touch and smell like it's been on fire?

Its probably just got light front end damage. Its getting to be pretty common for people to buy wreaked cars and fix them. One of the local builders around here just finish an srt-4 that he had bought for $5000, The damn thing only had 3000 miles on it, and it still had a clean title.
