i just bought the coil from the ebay. it's msd coil pack with 8.5mm wires.
the seller installed this on his 2k1 neon, and he said it gave his neon faster throttle
response with increased torque and the horsepower.
what do you think? is it worth it? i mean, since i already bought it,
there's not much i can't do. but i'm really hoping this will give the car a big
boost.
also, the intake is on the way. (short-ram). i'm planning to paint the pipe red to
go with the coil. (the filter is already red, i think)

You might notice a slight better throttle response and your car might run a bit smoother. You won't gain to much powerwise unless the wires and coil that are on your car are junk.

 

I was looking at that myself, When you install it let us here know what you think?

 

The coil is the same as stock, unless there is something wrong with yours it won't do any good. The wire will help a little but don't expect to feel it in the petal.
