Default Engine swap 3000 miles ago - what should I check?

OK,

So, in november I blew up the motor in my girlfriends Neon. Me and my friend swapped the motor, and finished the swap late december.

It has about 3000 miles on the new motor, and about 3 monthts .. obivously.

Two weeks ago, the alternator came loose, and I retightened it.

I am getting ready to end the relationship next week, and have her car on Saturday to "tighten up some nuts and bolts" (thats what i told her).

I want to go through and tighten everything up to make sure something like this does not happen after I end the relationship.

What should I pay specific attention too? or do you ahve any tips? suggestions?

Just check all hoses and fittings to make sure there are no leaks and torque all bolts down correctly.
