Trunk Lid Rattle

I have a 2000 Dodge Neon with 24,000 miles. I have recently noticed that the trunk lid rattles when I hit small bumps in the road. It is really starting to drive me crazy. Any advice anyone has would be much appreciated. Thanks!

WOW how in the world did u manage to get a 24k 2000 dodge neon???? mine has 135k [:@][:@][:@]

My Grandma bought it new in 2000 then stopped driving in 06. So I bought it from her.......Now back to the prorblem lol

You can adjust the stops on the left and right side of the lid itself. They look like big plastic/rubber bolts.

Lower the latch in the trunk. I'm not sure if water will still be kept out.
