Doesn't getting bigger pistons require boring things out? I'm sure at the very least you would want a set of turbo pistons in there so you could run more boost. Don't worry 16G, someone will do a better job of fielding your question then I can.

To put bigger pistons in your gonna have to get the block overbored. While your there there are a few other things you should/could do. Surface the head, change the rods, possibly a forged crank.

Like casper said to install large pistons you will have to get the blocked bored. But being turbo your main concern isn't the size of the pistons so much as the compression ratio that the create. You should install some forged lower compression pistons unfortunatly the lowest the pistons alone can go on a SOHC is 9.2 to 1, which really isn't low enough if you wanna run lots of boost but its more then enough if you keep it around 10 psi boost or so.

You can safely run 14 psi on a SOHC engine for a short time on stock internals. The max I'd go on that size turbo is possibly 10. But for daily driving keep it at 8.

And yes, it is better to get low compression forged pistons and forged rods. If you haven't done so already I'd suggest changing the stock cam to either a Crane 12 or a 2001 Magnum Cam since they are nearly identical. Also, change out your valve springs as well.
