Hello Dodge fan.
First i have to say that i'm not familiar with that kind of car. I usualy work with bmw.
this truck have been involved in a serious crash. it have been rebuilted. it's now not cranking.
All fuses cheked, starter is ok, car in park, you can hear relay when trying to start...
inside dash, full of light are on! Air bag,/ abs,/ tire pressure,/ esp-bas,/ red round dot flashing,/ electric throtle,/...
so i'm a litle bit lost with this. Is there a kind of swith for impact that pop up after an accident...
Where can find wiring diagram for this truck?

Is there a waranty from who u got it from?
Have u been to the dealer yet?

 

Sure sounds like an undercharged battery. 99% of this kinds of jinks are battery related as easy as it sounds.
