I have a week old Nitro. I had the dealer install a Uconnect kit. The Uconnect still shows "Uconnect not available" when the Uconnect button is pushed. The dealer says they do not have a clue what to do. This is their first Uconnect install in a Nitro. Does anyone have a suggestion? They have had the Nitro for three days for what should be a 30 minute install. [:'(]

 

I would need the install guide my self to see what they did or did not do

 

Hey.. I just purchased my Nitro Rt on the 1st, my Uconnect is installed but I have a problem using it. I can pair my phone but for some reason it JUST DOESNT WORK[:@] I had the tech guys at the dealership attempt to solve the problem but they cant get it straight either. Its pretty frustrating...

Take it back and tell them to grab a star scan and go to program network config in vehicle preference. they have to enable it. Basically they have to tell the ecu that it has u-connect now.
