dodge nitro blowing cold air drivers side
hi all. i have a 2008 dodge nitro which i recently got winterized. i noticed that on the drivers side it blows only cold air but the passengers side seems to be working fine. before the winterization, it was working fine. any help would be much appreciated. thanks
Did you talk to the person who did the winterizing?
I am curious as to what they did to winterize it. I did not know that was done anymore. It was something that was done many years ago but I don’t know what a modern car would need to have done for winterizing.
With old cars and single viscosity motor oils they changed the oil to a lighter grade, often they put in a hotter thermostat in the cooling system and drained the water out of the cooling system and put in anti-freeze. None of these things should need to be done to a modern automobile if you are following the recommended maintenance schedule.
