i need help figuring out what to do, the ac on my 2007 nitro will only work 2 or 3 times out of 10, when it does work it works fine, but sometimes the ac compressor wont engage, i get a trouble code "P1275, a/c clutch control circuit 2 overcurrent", the shop that was working on my suv said the whole compressor had to be changed wich is well over $1000.00 dollars, does anyone know if this is true or can i simply change the cluth assembly on the ac compressor, $37.50 + labor, or any other fixes, maybe a sensor or relay?
