Clicking sound underneath the glove box - is it an A/C actuator problem?
This issue started last night. Clicking sound coming underneath the glove box.
Searching google gave me the idea that it may be the actuator (I'm not a mechanic, so I have no clue). Anyone here had this problem before? Can it be easily fixed?

I've had this same issue. There's technically nothing wrong, but to answer your question, your blend-air door connects to the actuators under the drive side of the dash. On the passenger side, behind the glove box, the blend-air door has gears as well. They are held in place by wrapped springs with a plastic honey-comb design retainer. The clicking you hear is the blend-air door and springs reacting to the actuator. If you turn your temperature gauge from hot to cold and have the desired output, as well as, the zone position (feet, face, defrost, etc.) and that has full range and desired out put, then its nothing to worry about.
