I have changed the pump next to the washer fluid tank. The rear window washer flows. I unhooked the hose to the hood nozzles and have flow. I put in new nozzles. When I put on the washer the fluid just makes it to the bottom of the windshield. I put in new pump and nozzles and I don't see any blocked hoses, so why is the pressure low?

 

low supply voltage or resistance on the grd circuit will cause the pump to spin slower than normal and not develop pressure.
