2008 dodge nitro rt 4.o misfire p0301

So my nitro misfires when starting only..if I turn the key off and restart it drives fine...had the coil pack and fuel injector replaced..still misfires when starting only....I get a code p0301...anyone ever have this issue ..

Also changed my coilpack and fuel injector recently and having the same problems. what else could it be?
