No Heat Driverside: 2009 Dodge Nitro 3.4L
I have poured over the internet looking for solution. I am starting to think that a mouse house is blocking the a blend door.
I have been over everything as best that I can with out spending the 9+ shop hours to rip the dash out. I found.
2 actuators (both function).
1 fan speed resistor (all fan speeds function).
The heater **** when on defrost setting, and hi fan blows hot air out the passenger side and cold air on the driver side. When you turn the heat **** to cold the passenger side stops blowing and the driver side still only blows cold air.
I am not understanding the flow of the Plenum. How can it blow only cold air out the driver side and hot on the other side? Does anyone have a schematic or drawing? Where is the main intake? Where does the outside air come in? Is there another actuator? are all actuators electric? Is there vacuum lines?
I have pictures attached.
All shined up no place to gallop.
The upper driver side actuator (removed) dock.
