No Crank No Start - Will not retain ETC Relearn
2007 Dodge Nitro - No crank, no start in Park OR Neutral. New PCM. The original PCM would not even be recognized by scanner. All voltages and grounds to and from key switch & Sentry key remote entry/wcm module are at spec. No red security dot on dash present which leads me to believe it is not a skim or whatever issue. Scanner shows every key position and crank position. Scanner shows every PRNDL position as shifter is moved. I have no PCM ground signal to starter relay 86 in fuse box or power signal from TIPM to starter relay 85 in fuse box. Relay has 12 volts to 30 on starter relay. Ohmed PCM to TIPM, all good. PCM and TIPM have all powers and grounds. If I apply power and ground to 85 & 86 to fuse box starter relay, the starter spins.
Something is inhibiting the PCM and TIPM to send their crank signals.
Scanner does show key fob unlock button stuck.
Only 2 CEL's are;
B16B5 - Right Stop Lamp Control Circuit
and a Satellite radio antenna code of some sorts
The red throttle body light is on. I relearn the throttle body and the light goes out. I cycle the key and it comes back on. Every time I relearn it, the light goes out but comes back when key is cycled. Tried a throttle body from a good running vehicle, same exact issue. No crank no start with either throttle body regardless if light is on or off.
I have 5.01 volts of reference at throttle body and accelerator pedal.
APP1 voltage is always twice of APP2 voltage.
TPS1 and TPS2 add up to 5 whether they are counting down or up.
