Since I live in the city of Toledo, the city that is going to produce the Nitro, well OK I live in the burbs, I know that production on the SUV starts in less than 12 hours. So I would expect to see the first Nitros at dealers in 6 weeks.

I will be looking for a new driver in 2 years, this could be my new A to B car.

I am impressed with the styling of the Nitro. I mean no offense to dodge when I say this, because I do like them a lot, but when I saw that the Durango and the Dakota had the same boring style as the Rams, I was a little bummed. Now that almost every truck out on the road looks the same, I will be quite happy to see this here vehicle out there. I have gotten to the point where I can't tell a Silverado from a F Series or a Ram.

 

How correct you are... They should be rolling down the line by now.

I bet I would see some already outside the plant.... Maybe I will swing by this weekend with a camera.

 

I saw one already...It was on sunday the 6th, and it had a manufacturers plate. Tjhey actually look pretty sharp.

 

A pic or two of a production nitro would be neat to see.
