Dodge Promaster 1500 Hightop Conversion

I'm looking to buy a Dodge Promaster van but all I hear is bad raps about it.. Can someone give me any news on this vehicle? Most internet reviews are saying they are nothing but junk and parts are hard to come by?? Any truths behind the bad sayings on this ride?
