Drew; WHL=Western Hockey League. It's a junior hockey league in the northern US and Canada. There are womens' hockey leagues but I won't get into that now!
Jakebreak; No, they don't televise many WHL games up here either. Usually one a week. Are you a Canucks fan? Probably not now with your team playing the Giants.
