Default New Job = new mods!

So I got a job (I'm still in college). I'm gonna have a bit of money after I pay for rent and stuff, so I'm thinking about getting some truck mods, but I was wondering what you think should be first, a list in order, if you will. I have a stock 99 4x4. Am getting a new tranny in a month or so, but other than that, everything but the stereo is stock. Just wondering what you guy's think.

I would start with an intake and exhaust. Once you get it breathing good, after that gauges, then you can start getting into the fun stuff.

I'd replace the lift pump if it hasn't been done already.

I'd definately start with that !!

I would PayPal all the extra money you have to a guy that goes by Cumminalong. He's more than willing to graciously accept donations from willing contributors.......

But that's just what I would do.

But seriously....

1 - GAUGES, Gauges, gauges!!!!

2 - Exhaust

3 - Intake

4 - Lift Pump (and get the injection pump checked, just to be safe)

5 - Injectors

6 - Box or programmer of your choice for your needs.

Why would you put the lift pump so far down the list when it's known to fail in our trucks? I would thing the lift pump should be first, especially for aguy in college with limited cash right now.
