Default ISB in Freightliner

Does anyone know if the Cummins ISB engines that they put in the Freightliner FL60's have the same problems with the lift pumps and VP44injector pump?

the P7100 is a fully mechanical injector pump, that can make some VERY impressive number.

also the lift pump is mechanical running off a lobe on the camshaft.
