Why Geno's is great....
So, I order a few things from Geno's. Condensor gaurd, grill cover, AFE stock replacement filter, and the quick drain plug. I ordered last Monday and was scheduled for delivery last Friday. Condensor gaurd was on back order, no big deal.I had it shipped to work and all that's there isthe grill cover and the drain plug. The packing slip said I should have received the filter also. I call up Geno's to see if it was shipped in two boxes and UPS maybe forgot one on the truck. They tell me itshould have been in one box. They look up my order and the guy on the phone was the one who filled my order. He says he must have overlooked it on the order and forgot to send it. He was very apologetic. Didn't bother me any, honest mistake. He tells me he will get it out right away.
That was around 12:00-2:00pm central time on Friday. The air filter arrived today at ~10:00am!!!!!! I thought that was awsome. To ship it virtually over night says a lot about their customer service. I was very impressed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Geno's. their customer service is awesome !!
