LOL .... looks pretty funny with that shiny new master cylinder.

it was kinda nasty lookin till I spray cleaned it. been sprayin the drivers side of the engine down with brake cleaner while fuelin up. had a laek that sprayed ps fluid, oil, or atf all over the area. rolled under it tightened everything down. now just tryin to clean it up.

same thing I was going to say. I actually found a 5spd manual, but the guy wants $6K for it and it is a flatbed so probablydually. And it probably has a lot of mile. I wouldn't pay that much for it. I might pay $6k if it was in mint condition with low miles. What do you think is a fair price for one? How many mile do you think is too high? Thanks for all your help!

mines a 4 speed auto.

had 325k when i picked it up.

paid $5g well, ok. talked him down to $4500 with free oil change and a/c charge of r12 at 2 lbs!!!!

other diesel drivers were offerin $6g's and more but I had first dibs...

they wanted to make it a vegi diesel.

6g isnt bad for a 1 ton manual. blue book it ..

check the auto trader magazine, http://www.traderonline.com/, and look around at truck lots. you will NOT see a 1st gen too often for sale.
just a bit o body work, paint, and engine / trans clean up and it will be tip top shape!!!

Yeah, but $6k for a 90-93 truck seems pretty steep for my liking. I found a 91 for $4k with 150,000 miles and an auto. Now, talk about a deal. I will eventually find one that is at a suitable price. Thanks for your responses
