Why waste good money when you can buy an Amsoil nano filter and do the same job as the more costly K&N type of filters.

Yes they are some what new but many have used them and like them much better then the higher cost K&N filters and are easier to clean and are good for 100,000 miles. To clean them all you do is blow them out with the air hose and reinstall it.

I LOVE my Nano Filter....

Stock new filter I could pull my filter minder 1/2 way down ... With Stock ECU settings

Now with my EAa189 Amsoil Nano Filter (and a shower drain and hose cold air intake in the bottom of the air box) I can't budge the filter minder with the smarty on Wild #9 WOT!

AND more importantly NO DUST in the intake tube like with a K& N gause and oil type filters.

Best $ to CLEAN CFM.

Please tell us more about your "shower drain and hose cold air intake" in the bottom of your air box.

my 93 had a k&n on it when I bought the truck.

cleaned it several different times. engine seemed to starve for air. went back to a stock replacement and it runs a lot better!
