I have 188000 km on my 2004 dodge 2500 CTD. when can a guy expect to do a bearing roll? when the oil pressure decreases slightly? On the factory gauges where are you guys all running at for oil pressure? mine is smack dab in the middle of the gauge,

I'm not sure you can do one with out pulling the engine. On the 2nd gens there is a crossmeber right in the way, doesn't look like the pan will come off without lifting the engine up some. I haven't checked a 3rd gen though.
