Default Anyone notice a "jerk" when holding brake?

im cruising in town or city. I come to complete stop. i can feel my tranny downshifting(its a automatic). Everything is good. I hold brake at a red light or stop sign. while im waiting the truck kinda NUDGES forward a bit. like the tranny clutches engae or something. but actually they would be anywyas. at a red light clutch pack #1 (gear) should be engaged shouldnt it? would it be my torque or those 2 bands that need adjusting in the tranny? I think it has atf+4. should i change filter and switch to amsoil ?Any1 else have this jerky feeling when stopped holding brake?

same with if i start moving from a complete stop (especially turning) i notice something like slippage and then bang the driveline grabs and i start moving. Almost like the differential is kinda slipping. I doubt its my tranny or torque converter. unless its those 2 bands in the tranny that need adjusting?any1 else have this prob?

I have a 2004 dodge 2500 ctd 4X4 anti slip diff
