A friend of mine has a CTD similiar to mine, ('96 12V). Problem is speeds above 60MPH is difficult when pulling his small travel trailer, bumper mount. Without it he can do 80. Dealer did some work with the fuel pump and maybe even the injector pump, not sure. Should he check into his boost pressure and such and go from there? Thanks.

 

You won't build boost without fuel. If the dealer worked on the injection pump, it's possible they got the timing fubar'd. First I'd change filters then check timing.
