100k mile warranty ?

Default 100k mile warranty ?

ok guys, my trucck is a 2002 24v ctd, with 51,000 miles and someone said something to me today at work about my trucks engine and related parts having a warranty of 100k miles, from cummins ? is this true, and waht does this consist of and will programmers etc void this ? i guess i have this truck and dont know much about it. im tryin to learn and get familiar with things...so a little help would be super appreciated! thanks guys in advance

Mines a 06 and it has the 100,000k warranty. I think they all do, im sure someone will chime in on this

the motor does have a 100,000 mile warranty but their might be a time restraint of 5 years . check the owners manual first i think theirs a warranty section if not a quick call to the dealer and you will know . A word of caution ihavent talked to a person with a 02 that hasnt put a fuel pump in between 80 and a110k . fuel pressure guage and lubricant additives are not a bad idea.

the used truck dealer were my parents got our truck extended our warrenty by 25,000km.
