Default Problem with AC/Heater Fan.

My AC/Heater blower was intermitant, then quit entirely. I pulled the blower, checked it out, and it was dead. Put in a new blower, and it went back to intermitant, so I changed out the fuse, and the relay, still only worked occ., so I put in a new resister, no change.

Sometimes it will come on while going down the highway, and sometimes when I start the truck up. It seems to take a while for the fan to come on, and usually when it comes on it will stay on untill I shut the truck off, BUT when I restart it will often not come on at all.

Any thoughts? I hate to take it to the dealer, but with the timp. in the 90+ range I really need the blower. As it is I'm getting some cold air through the system when going down the highway, but no blower.
