I have a 2004 CTD with ana utomatic tranny. at red light with foot on brake it nudges forward every few minutes or so. What is this? Besides SLUGGISH starts off in 1st it does this and also kinda shudders as Iam approaching a stop sign and slowing down. (5 mph )I think the shuddering is it slipping into 1st (downshifting)any1 else have same problem?

 

No nudging or shuddering here...

 

It has been suggested to you before that you need to take your truck in to the shop and have the transmission serviced and looked over as yours is not working properly based on the information you have posted earlier in this forum.

mine does not nudge but when i first got it in january it took alot to get use to with the brakes....im almost positive my brakes are good only haveing 17 k miles on but at a light if im not paying attention and stop pressing hard on the brakes my truck creeps up. i almost cought myself in a few fender benders by doing this. maybe i should get this checked out?!?!
