Is ther a kit that I can buy so I dont have to use the clutch to shift gear.

It's all about matching rpm. There is no kits, only technique. It's a bit of a pain on synchro trans since you can't feel it as well, but it can be done.

I too have heard it is hard on the synchros.

It's only hard on the syncros if the rpms aren't exact.

what rpms are you shifting at. On the delivery trucks I drove it was around 2500 and 1700

Just remove the brass syncro rings.
