Default time frame to install rear window?

Tomorrow I am getting a slider put in my rear window to replace my current plain window.
How long should that take? I am bringing it to my Dodge dealer, (best price), but they are telling me to leave it there all day and pick it up around 5, which means I have to rent a car for the day cause I live 45 min. away. I can't see it taking that long, 2- 3 hours tops?
